I'm finally linking up because I think my weekend may have been worthy of talking about!
Friday
My good friends Megs and Amie from Eat Pray Love Run came over and we drank some drinks and watched Footloose... I have to attempt this is a pretty good remake!
Saturday
After doing some homework it was time for Scott and I head to bachelor and bachelorette parties!
It was a great time...seriously haven't laughed and danced that much in a lonnnnng time!
I did learn some things
1. Do NOT take pictures under fluorescent lightning in the winter... just don't do it, trust me!
2. If you change your name when you are out with friends...try and use it!
**We went through all this trouble to change our names and barely used them..silliness! We shall try and again!
3. If you stay up till 4:30 ... sleep till noon. I wish I had done that but I couldn't, I had to do homework.

let's all talk about Beyonce because I'm sure nobody else is! SHE ROCKED and so did DESTINY'S CHILD! ... loved it, loved it, loved it!

Stella is sad that 1) she was locked in our bedroom most the night so she wouldn't annoy people 2) she didn't pick the correct winner and 3) there were no cute pug commercials this year!
In fact, let's talk commercials, what were your faves?! I thought it kind of stunk this year!
There was the farmer commercial which was cool especially for use Nebraskans but then we found out they were advertising a Dodge pick up and we could all agree that well, it was a Dodge!

BEYONCE!!!!! OH my gosh I was freaking screaming in my apartment about it! (I never was allowed to listen to her as a child so now it's my time)
As far as commercials, they sucked this year hardcore! I really loved the Budweiser horse commercial though!
Loved the Dodge commercial and the Tide one was funny!!
Love footloose!! I was also impressed with Beyonce!! I hate that I don't get the American commercials!! URG!
I thought Beyonce nailed it! But everyone I was with was totally hating on her - what?! I did enjoy the Destiny's Child reunion, but I was sad they didn't do much of their stuff. I mean - they had enough hits as a group to do more and to not have to do one of Bey's own songs!
I was unimpressed with the commercials, again. I only really liked one or two again this year. Seems like such a waste of money..
Oh well!

Footloose is one of my all time favorite movies. I haven't been able to bring myself to watch the remake for fear that it wouldn't compare. Now I'm thinking, maybe I should?
